This orange turmeric salad dressing recipe might be the easiest you’ll ever make. It uses no oil and no salt for an oil-free and sodium-free sauce.

As I was looking to vary flavors for today’s salad, I wanted to stay in the current theme of no-oil, no-salt dressings. This oil-free salad dressing combines the sweet citrussy taste from orange juice, together with the dry, curry-like powder of turmeric.

Sauces can be so easy, and the same goes for oil-free sauces. If they suit your tastes, you won’t have to think about excess sodium, excess saturated fat or calories, because they are absent from this dressing.
