Second marathon, Chicago 2015: pain-free, 3h 39m = 8min 24sec per mile average
VO2 Max = 60
Resting heart rate = 50
Max heart rate = 183
Cycling fitness stats
Averaging 1-2 rides per week
Rode a bike (road, MTB, BMX) since childhood
Sometimes slow sometimes fast
